The client’s design requirements were wood effect flooring in herringbone design and grey carpets. They chose Moduleo’s Laurel Oak 51942 from their herringbone range and Cormar’s popular Sensation Original carpet for its hard wearing and soft feel qualites. The colour Amonite.
The subfloors were preparaed with Ardex CL Latex Levelling Compound which produced a perfectly level and smooth subfloor suitable for underfloor heating.
For aesthetic reasons the flooring was laid prior to the skirting boards being installed.
